Roof Recovery Program

Whether its just time, or your insurance is demanding you replace your roof because……well, they can. The Inflation Reduction Act empowers homeowners to access government incentives and replace their roof at little to no cost. Not all homes / homeowners qualify.

Have a roof over 8 years old?
Have a Job or steady Income?
Have a Credit Score over 600?

During our appointment we will ask you a few questions to learn more about how the program can help you and if your home will qualify. Give you a brief overview of the program as well as answer any questions or concerns you may have. This call ensures that we don waste our time or your by sending a tech out to perform the necessary energy assesment.
We perfom an energyassesment and give your home an effeciency score from 1 to 10, only homes below a 7 are able participate in the program. We will also go over any other energy effeciency upgrades that are recommended for your home. Then we go over what government incentives your home may qualify for to aid in replacing your roof and upgrading your home.
We only proceed with the project if we are able to guarntee that youll recieve the incentives metioned in ur review during the asssment. So agreements and applications will need to be submitted before we apply for the necessary permits on your project.
once the agreements have been signed and the applications have been approved we will submithe projects to our engineers, and then apl for the permits neded onyour project. Each city or county has its own timelines for process so please ask your rep what to expect.
When your permits have been approved by the appropriate jurisdiction we wll reach out to schedule an installation and order the materials for your project.
